Teemu Lilja

Teemu Lilja has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Teemu is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for Common Products & Services (CPS) at Telia since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Learning Culture- & Community Lead at Telia from October 2022 to August 2023. Before joining Telia, Teemu served as the Learning & Performance Lead for Sales at Telia from April 2019 to October 2022.

Teemu has also held positions at Swedish Learning Association as a Board Member starting from December 2022. At Rabattmamman (instagram), they worked in Growth & Partnerships from October 2020 onwards.

Before their tenure at Telia, Teemu founded and served as the CEO of The Winning Team AB, a Learning & Performance Consultancy from September 2016 to September 2020. Teemu also worked at Hedvig as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships in February 2019, and at Telenor Group, where they held various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Head of SME Operation, Telenor Stores, Store Leader, and Senior Sales Representative from 2011 to 2016.

Teemu's career began at Avancerad Fältförsäljning, where they held the position of Head of Sales from January 2010 to January 2011. Teemu also worked at Sales Group Scandinavia as the Head of Field Sales for Project Telecom from July 2007 to December 2009.

Teemu Lilja graduated with a Gymnasieexamen in Handel och administration from Frans schartaus gymnasium in 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including Change Management, Leadership, Coaching, and Team Development. The certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2022 from institutions such as Prosci, Bild & Runsten Financial Learning, Edshage Ekman AB, Telia, Singularity University, Knowly, and Skillnad.
