Elin Otter

Elin Otter is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at Telia since May 2024. Previously, Elin held the position of Chief Communications Officer at Eltel from June 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing Communications, Brand, Investor Relations, and Sustainability as a member of the Group Management Team. Prior to Eltel, Elin worked as the Head of Communications and Marketing for Nordics at Triton Partners and spent nearly a decade at Skanska in various roles, culminating in the position of Head of Communications & Marketing for Skanska Infrastructure Development. Earlier career experiences include media relations at the Metropolitan State College of Denver and a media relations internship with Kroenke Sports Enterprises. Elin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver and completed the Skanska Top Executive Program at IMD.
