Simon Bonk

Simon Bonk is the Chief Research Officer and Director of Business Development at Telio, where they are tasked with identifying, developing, and launching new products and services. Previously, Simon held several high-level positions within the Canada Border Services Agency and the Correctional Service of Canada, including Director General of Service Transformation and CIO. Simon earned a Master's degree in Project Management from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and continues to participate in the Canadian Centre for Management Development’s Career Assignment Program. Their expertise includes strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering partnerships in the correctional sector and beyond.
