SyPhong Bui

SyPhong Bui has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. SyPhong is the founder and CEO of both Telio and OnOnPay Vietnam Mobile Services JSC. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Finastra. SyPhong also held positions at VPBank and Vietnam International Bank, where they worked as a Project Manager and in the Risk Management Division. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager and B2O Project Manager at Buongiorno, and in the User Interface Department at HTC.

SyPhong Bui completed their Master's degree in Network Administration & IT Management from EPITA - IONIS GROUP, School of Technology and Management, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 2004. SyPhong also has a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, which they completed between 2000 and 2003. Besides their formal education, SyPhong Bui holds a certification in Prince2, although the institution and date of attainment are not specified.
