Cristina Lăpăduș

Cristina Lăpăduș has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Cristina began their career at BestCare24 GmbH as a Business Partner, where they were responsible for managing important OKRs and collaborating with business partners. In 2013, they joined BestCare24 as the Country Manager, leading operations, administration, management, HR, coordination, and communication for the Romanian company. Cristina successfully initiated and coordinated recruitment efforts, implemented performance review processes, and developed marketing strategies.

In 2018, Cristina worked as a Project Manager & Sales Consulting Manager at Story Avenue, where they set sales goals, managed project risk, and implemented services. Cristina also conducted market research, generated new leads through social media platforms, and attended sales networking events.

In 2021, Cristina worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at P4B Group, gaining experience in ensuring product quality. Currently, they hold the position of Healthcare Innovation Project Manager at Telios Care, where they are involved in managing healthcare innovation projects.

Throughout their career, Cristina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, empathy, authenticity, and a passion for driving operational and strategic excellence.

Cristina pursued a Master's degree in International Business from Babeș-Bolyai University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. Prior to this, Cristina obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they attended Post Secondary School (Napoca) - Hotel Tourism from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Assistant Manager Hotel Chain.

In terms of additional certifications, Cristina obtained a Project Manager certification from APSAP Centru de Formare / ANC in December 2020. Cristina also earned a Former certification from ANC in March 2020 and an HR Inspector certification from ANC in October 2019.
