Charles Rodriguez

Charles Rodriguez, MBA, serves as the Product Lead at Telios since September 2022, where responsibilities include establishing product management infrastructure for a Web3-focused startup. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at Live Oak Bank from June 2019 to October 2022, culminating as the Agile Practices Leader, SVP, leading Agile culture initiatives within engineering. Additional experience includes co-founding 203 Solutions and Synergetic Management Solutions, as well as coaching roles at organizations such as Red Hat and Infinite Energy, where Charles advanced Agile methodologies and team development. Charles obtained an MBA from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and a BA in Geography from the University of Florida.
