Jeremy Whitaker

Jeremy Whitaker is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Telit Cinterion since September 2024, Jeremy previously held the CFO position at Lantronix from September 2011 to September 2024, where notable achievements included raising approximately $100 million in debt and equity for acquisitions, driving significant revenue growth, and leading interim CEO roles during critical transition periods. Prior roles include Vice President at Mindspeed Technologies and Lantronix, Director of Accounting at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, and VP of Finance and Accounting at IMPAC Mortgage Holdings. Jeremy began their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from California State University, Fullerton.
