Jorge Muñoz

Jorge Muñoz is a legal professional currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel MedTech and Global AI & Privacy Lead at Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited since September 2024. In this role, Jorge is responsible for providing legal solutions for the newly established Medical Technologies global business unit, focusing on the development and commercialization of medical devices, artificial intelligence, and digital software products. Previously, Jorge held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance for Gilead Sciences in Spain from February 2019 to September 2024, where initiatives for medicines access and compliance were deployed. Jorge also served as the Regional Legal Director for GSK in South Europe and Central Eastern Europe from January 2015 to February 2019, collaborating with business leaders in a significant market. Jorge holds a Master en Asesoria Juridica (LLM) from IE Business School and a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
