Nozimanga (Nozi) Madubane possesses extensive experience in supplier diversity, procurement, and compliance management across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager for ESD and Preferential Procurement at Telkom, Nozi has previously held key positions such as Supplier Diversity Manager at BP, Strategic Sourcing Manager at Road Accident Fund, BBBEE Compliance Manager at MTN, and Vendor & BEE Manager at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd. Education includes a Management Development Programme in BBBEE from the University of South Africa completed in 2022 and credentials from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain obtained between 2015 and 2017.
