Feri Susantho Tarigan has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as IT Support Business at Telkomsel since February 2012, where responsibilities include the development of a nationwide Data Center Dashboard and operational maintenance of IT infrastructure. Feri has a proven track record in supporting IT operations, including video conference setups, across various locations in the Papua Maluku region. Previous roles include Staff positions in Radio Transport Power and Core Network Operation at Telkomsel, as well as experience as a Junior Engineer for Satellite Operation at Inmarsat and as a Satellite Communications Technician at PT.
