Michalis Douramanis

Michalis Douramanis is currently serving as an IT CRM Business Support Partner, International at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 2025. Previously, Michalis held the position of Salesforce Solutions Architect at Ayvens from October 2023 to June 2025, playing a pivotal role in complex data migration projects and digital transformation initiatives involving Salesforce, Pega, and SAP. Michalis also contributed as a Product Owner at Ayvens, managing digital transformation projects and coordinating task prioritization and delivery. Prior experience includes roles at LeasePlan as a Product Owner and Salesforce Technical Analyst, at Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. in various positions including Development Lead (CRM), and at BSH Ikiakes Syskeves ABE as a Purchaser. Michalis began a career with roles in technical support and sales, and holds a Master of Science in ICT in Business from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in Mineral Resources Engineering from the Technical University of Crete.
