Ferry Agusta Putra has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as an Engineer in Defensive ICT Security at Telkomsel since October 2013, managing the Security Operation Center, Network Security Platform, and IT service management systems. Additionally, Ferry has held roles in Human Capital Management, focusing on ERP systems, and previously interned at Chevron and Telekomunikasi Indonesia, gaining insights into the oil and gas industry and fiber optic technology. Education includes a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation, complemented by a Profession Engineer program from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
