Jockie Heruseon

Jockie Heruseon has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of FMC Business Continuity and Growth at Telkomsel since May 2006. In this role, Jockie focuses on managing the smooth transition of FMC projects and ensuring business continuity. Previous positions at Telkomsel include VP of Business Development and Innovation, where Jockie managed corporate innovation programs and partnerships, and GM of Product Innovation & Ecosystem Partnership, overseeing internal innovations and strategic collaborations. Jockie's earlier experience includes roles in broadband product marketing and development, as well as programming positions at PT Antar Mitra Prakarsa and Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Jockie co-founded a software development company, CV Softindo, which provided web and SMS-based services. Jockie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telkom.
