Ricky Wiyudha

Ricky Wiyudha possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as General Manager of the IT VAS Division and IT CRM Services at Telkomsel since 2006. Ricky has held various positions including Manager of IT CRM Sales Services and IT Operation Sumbagut, as well as IT Analyst in Business Insight. Ricky’s expertise encompasses Business Intelligence and Analytics as demonstrated through the role of PMO for the Operational Strategic Decision Support System and Project Manager for multiple enterprise projects. Prior to Telkomsel, Ricky worked as a GIS Specialist in the IT and Mining Industry at Sigma Cipta Ut from 2004 to 2006. Ricky holds a Master’s degree in Geodetic Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from IPB University.
