Edson Santos has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. EDSON started their career in 1989 as a Tecnico Telecomunicações at TELECOMUNICAÇÕES DE SÃO PAULO SA and worked there until 1999. Then, they joined Claro as a Técnico em telecomunicações, where they were responsible for the operation and maintenance of transmission network equipment. In 2008, they joined Tellabs as a Sr. Customer Support Engineer, providing technical support for various equipment and sometimes working on-site in other countries. In 2014, Edson moved to Coriant, Inc., where they held the position of Lead Customer Support Engineer. Currently, they are working at Infinera as a Lead Customer Support Engineer.

Edson Santos attended Politecnica de Jundiai from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Eletrical and Telecom. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1989, they studied at Colegio Divino Salvador and completed a Technician degree in Eletronic.
