Perry Oostdam

Perry Oostdam has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and co-founding companies. Perry is currently serving as the Co-Founder of P1ST, an informal investment vehicle that supports B2B SaaS scale-ups. Previously, they held the role of CEO at Tellent, The People Growth Collective, which is a collective of employee lifecycle experts focused on connecting people with the right technology and resources for professional growth. Perry also co-founded Recruitee, a collaborative hiring software that has gained popularity worldwide. Prior to this, they worked as a Startup Supporter at Rhodan Ventures, where they provided mentorship and coaching to innovative entrepreneurs. Before that, they co-founded GeoRun.com, a software development company specializing in activation games. Perry's early career included co-founding Quality Technology, a company that imported and leased gaming machines to catering establishments.

Perry Oostdam pursued their education in a systematic manner. Perry completed their VWO degree in Economics and Society from Teylingen College Leeuwenhorst from the year 2000 to 2006. Subsequently, they enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Bedrijfskunde, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Perry pursued further education by pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2009 to 2010. Perry then expanded their knowledge by studying Entrepreneurship & New Business Venturing at the same university, completing a Master's degree in 2011. Additionally, during the same period from 2010 to 2011, they also studied Entrepreneurship/Technopreneurship at the National University of Singapore. Perry Oostdam's dedication to their education is evident through their progression from undergraduate to postgraduate studies in various fields.
