Wisse Dielesen

Wisse Dielesen has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Wisse began their career as a co-founder and owner of Sales Artist, where they focused on matching capital with innovative ideas and providing personalized service and advice to investors and start-ups. Afterward, Wisse worked as a Junior Sales & Marketing Consultant at PamGene and an E-commerce consultant at De Verkoopfabriek. In 2015, they joined Bynder as a Business Analyst and later became the Head of Business Analysts, where they managed business critical systems and led the team responsible for merging systems during the Webdam/Bynder merger. Following their time at Bynder, Wisse served as a SaaS consultant at dielesen.io. In 2021, they became the Chief of Staff at Recruitee, a collaborative hiring software company. Currently, Wisse is the VP of Operations at Tellent, The People Growth Collective, where they connect individuals with the technology and knowledge they need to succeed in their jobs.

Wisse Dielesen has a strong education background with a focus on business and entrepreneurship. Wisse completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and small/middle Enterprise Management at Maastricht University, from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they had the opportunity to study abroad at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, focusing on International Business during the academic year of 2008 to 2009. Wisse also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business from Maastricht University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009.
