Belinda Rogers

Belinda Rogers is a Senior Quality Improvement Facilitator at Telligen with previous experience as Director of Maternal Child Health and Government Affairs at March of Dimes. Belinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Family Development from the University of Central Oklahoma, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Oklahoma City Community College.
