Jason Roberts

Jason Roberts has extensive work experience in various industries. Jason is currently the Director of Human Resources at Telligent Masonry, LLC, where they oversee the HR department and ensures compliance with organizational policies and talent strategies. Prior to this, Jason held the role of Regional Director & CSM at BLUEFIN, LLC, where they provided exceptional customer service and managed customer expectations while maintaining a budget. Jason also served as the Director of Education at Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington, where they successfully managed operations and spearheaded a major software transition project. Jason has also worked at Lincoln Tech as the National Director of Education and as a curriculum designer and education manager. Jason has experience in operations, project management, and workforce development. Earlier in their career, Jason held positions as Vice President of Operations and Director of Custom Installation at Cinema, LLC, and as the Owner/Operator of Enhanced Cinema Installations and Jason C. Roberts Construction. In these roles, they specialized in audio/video installation, low-voltage systems, and construction services.

Jason Roberts attended O'Fallon Township High School from 1982 to 1985. After completing high school, they went on to study at Howard High School in 1985 and Cochise College in 1987-1988, specializing in Geology/Earth Science. Jason'seducation culminated in obtaining an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Howard Community College, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
