Amy Chiu

Amy Chiu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Amy is currently the Senior Vice President of Low Carbon Initiatives at Tellurian Inc. In their previous role at Sempra LNG, they held positions such as Chief Development Officer, Chief Asset Management Officer, and Vice President of Asset Management. At San Diego Gas & Electric, they served as the Vice President of Information Technology, implementing processes to assess the value of IT services and achieve cost savings. As the Vice President of Risk Analysis & Management at Sempra Energy, they led negotiations for settling claims related to wildfires and developed new insurance products. Amy also held positions as the Vice President of Audit Services, Director of M&A, Manager of Executive Projects, and Principal Financial Analyst & Manager of Economic Analysis at Sempra Energy. Additionally, Amy worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Intelsat and a Pension Analyst at Watson Wyatt.

Amy Chiu has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Boston University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from American University - Kogod School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Mills College.
