Chip Horton

Chip Horton is the current CEO of Tellus Markets, specializing in digital infrastructure for the energy transition. Prior to this, Chip served as the CEO of Direct Swap, a platform for hedging program management, and as President of Paragon Resorts + Paragon Partners, real estate development and services companies operating in the Western US and Canada. Chip also co-founded USBX, an early online financial services marketplace, and held the position of Managing Director at ULLICO Inc., overseeing private capital investments. With a background in law and business, Chip has demonstrated leadership in various industries throughout their career.
