Akshata Nayak

Akshata Nayak has held various engineering positions since 2016. Akshata began their career as a Software Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, where they supported testing operating systems-level software and filed 120+ upgrade and bug fix reports. Akshata then moved to Binghamton University as a Cloud Research Associate, where they implemented shell scripts to compute the best and worst performance results and developed python scripts to gather input metrics. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer at Mirabito Energy Products, where they developed a dashboard to mitigate the workloads in drivers and billing module to display a real time delivery status utilizing JavaScript. Akshata then worked as a DevOps Engineer at Bose Corporation, where they debugged infrastructure failure using Python and Continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) methodology. Currently, they are a Technical Engineer at thyssenkrupp System Engineering, where they provide daily support of Tesla end to end supply chain operations to increase operations speed by 20%, supports developers to build process back-end logic for different areas in WMS system development according to efficient material flow system requirements, and tests the WMS system built after deployment to verify and validate the build logic. In 2022, they will begin working as a Network Operations Engineer at Telnyx.

Akshata Nayak has an extensive educational background. Akshata obtained their Secondary School Certificate from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education,(S.E.S. High School) from 1999 to 2011. Akshata then attended Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, (PACE JUNIOR COLLEGE) from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained their High School degree. After that, they attended University of Mumbai from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. Finally, they attended Binghamton University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained their Master of Science in Computer Science. Additionally, Akshata Nayak has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Nail Your DevOps Interview (May 2020), Nail Your Python Interview (June 2019), and Time Management Fundamentals (June 2019).
