Eduardo Ayala

Eduardo Ayala has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Eduardo began their career in 2011 at Ericsson as a Network Engineer, where they were responsible for network rollout for VIVO Brazil, LTE and WCDMA. In this role, they were a Team Leader/Network Engineer and coordinated between team members for Engineers located in Brazil, India and Mexico for tasks related to Rollout for LTE and WCDMA sites. In 2012, they took on a role as an Integration Engineer for Rogers National Project, where they were responsible for leading the activity and coordinating with external and internal teams involved in the process. In 2013, they worked as an Integration Engineer for T-Mobile modernization project, where they were responsible for troubleshooting of UMTS sites.

In 2017, Eduardo began working for UPM Telecom, Inc. as a Quality Data Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for analysis of routes, services and traffic profiles to achieve the best Quality and minimize expenses. Eduardo also managed SMS content, prevented SPAM traffic penetration, monitored and analyzed SIMs, GSM gateway and SIM server statistics.

In 2019, Eduardo began working for VOXZI LLC as a Quality Data Analyst/SIM Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring the optimal performance for the Messaging routes. Eduardo performed tasks such as Analysis of routes, services and traffic profiles to achieve the best Quality, minimize expenses and maximize profits. Eduardo also managed SMS content, prevented SPAM traffic penetration, monitored and analyzed SIMs, GSM gateway and SIM server statistics, ensured the capacity availability, coordinated the SIM supply, system configurations and automations.

Currently, Eduardo is working for Telnyx as a Messaging Operations Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for USA and Canada traffic, SMS and MMS for 10DLC, Tool Free Numbers and Short Codes. Eduardo deals with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct performance of the product.

Eduardo Ayala completed their Ingeniero en Sistemas y Comunicaciones degree in Ingeniería de sistemas from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México in 2011. Eduardo attended CECyT #2 Miguel Bernard Perales from 2003 to 2006. In 2016, they obtained Ericsson Certified Associate - RAN Optimization and Ericsson Certified Associate - Radio Network Optimization certifications from Ericsson and Ericsson Technical Certification Program, respectively.
