Jairaj Sounderrajan has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2000, they began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Cisco. In 2005, they were a Summer Intern at A.T. Kearney. In 2006, they became an Engagement Manager at Monitor Group, where they developed growth and go-to-market strategies for tech and telecom clients. In 2008, they joined Hewlett-Packard as the Director of Business Operations, where they acted as a strategic thought partner to the GM of the PC business and managed teams that led strategic and operational initiatives. In 2012, they became the Senior Director of Inside Sales for Yammer and Office 365, where they led a team of 15 mid-market sellers and was responsible for renewals for all existing book of business. In 2015, they joined Twilio Inc. as the Head of Global Go to Market Strategy and Operations, where they were instrumental in scaling and positioning the company towards its successful initial public offering and scaling ARR from $90M to $500M. In 2018, they joined Samsung NEXT as the COO of Next Product, where they were responsible for getting their products in the hands of customers and driving adoption and revenue. Most recently, in 2021, Jairaj Sounderrajan joined Telnyx as the SVP of Customer Success and Self Serve Experience.

Jairaj Sounderrajan attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an MBA. Prior to that, they attended The University of Kansas from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an MS in Computer Engineering.
