Dr. Andy Palmer CMG serves as the Executive Chairman at Brill Power and has held the position of Founder & CEO at Palmer Automotive Ltd. since October 2020. Additionally, Dr. Palmer is the Chairman of Palmer Energy Technology Ltd, Pod Point, InoBat, Hilo EV Ltd, and IONETIC, as well as taking on roles as Strategic Advisor for PEDAL, Everrati, and Telo Trucks. Dr. Palmer's extensive academic background includes positions as a Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and Professor at Coventry University. Educational qualifications range from Honorary Doctorates to a PhD in Engineering Management. Dr. Palmer's professional focus aligns with electric vehicle technology and sustainable energy solutions, highlighted by an interim CEO role at Pod Point during its transformation phase.

TELO was founded by Jason Marks, who developed the test systems for the driver assistance safety features on five major United States’ automakers' vehicle platforms, and Forrest North, who helped develop the first Tesla Roadster and founded one of the first electric motorcycles companies, Mission Motors. TELO partnered with world-renown designer, advisor and investor Yves Béhar and Fuseproject for the vehicle design.
