Amy Lucal Simmons

Amy Lucal Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, workforce development, and organizational advancement. As Co-Founder and Chief Administrative Officer at the Telos Institute since 2006, Amy leads research on the innovative concept of liminality©, focusing on periods of change and transformation. Previous roles include Career Development Manager at the Weatherhead School of Management, where coaching and training were provided to graduate business students, and Recruiting and Training Coordinator at Macy's, where internal training and recruitment initiatives were developed. Additionally, Amy served as Adult Education Coordinator for Sandusky City Schools, collaborating with local businesses on customized training programs, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bowling Green State University. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Organization Development & Analysis from Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kent State University, among other educational achievements.
