Matt Mazur

Matt Mazur has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Matt started their career as an AmeriCorps Team Leader at City Year in 2015. Later, they worked as a Title I Teacher at Citizens Academy - A Breakthrough Charter School from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined City Year again as an Impact Manager and then transitioned into the role of Evaluation and Learning Manager from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they are an Experience Designer at the telos institute since January 2022 and was promoted to the position of Director, Client Relations in April 2023.

Matt Mazur completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Early Childhood Education at Bowling Green State University from 2011 to 2015. Matt then pursued a Master of Positive Organizational Development and Change at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained the certification of Professional Mastery in Positive OD & Systemic Change from the institution of MS in Positive Organization Development and Change.
