Teysha M. Sivage serves as Managing Associate Attorney at Telos Arete, P.C. since June 2020, focusing on corporate transactional work involving various business entities and specialized areas such as intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and capital formation activities. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Attorney handling corporate and securities law, Legal Assistant positions at multiple law firms where Teysha developed legal documents, conducted research, and managed client correspondence, as well as valuable research experience at St. Mary's School of Law. Teysha holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Concordia University Texas.
