Laura Duncan

Laura Duncan has extensive experience in proposal management and business development, currently serving as the Director of Proposal Center Operations at Telos Corporation since August 2004. With a career that began in April 1998 at Booz Allen Hamilton, Laura has held various roles focused on marketing, communications, and proposal development across multiple organizations, including Senior Proposal Manager positions at Datatrac Information Services, Computer Sciences Corporation, ManTech, and IQBG Inc. Laura also operated as a consultant in capture and proposal development from June 1999 to December 2022 and worked as a Business Development/Sales Manager at Equal Footing prior to joining Telos Corporation. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business, Psychology, Education, Spanish, and Cultural Communications from California State University, Bakersfield.
