Prior to this, Jad founded and successfully exited Mangrove Wealth Group, a comprehensive wealth and insurance business. Additionally, Jad held the position of Executive Director at HollisWealth within Scotia Capital Inc., and served as Branch Manager and Senior Investment Advisor at Manulife Securities. Educational achievements include a Graduate degree from Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management Program and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University.
