Robert M. Derrington

Robert M. Derrington has extensive work experience as a restaurant analyst and managing director. Robert M. began their career in 1978 as a Controller and Treasurer at Shillington Box Company. In 1981, they became a franchisee and operating partner at Bromad Investments, where they worked until 1991. From 1994 to 2001, Derrington served as a Senior Restaurant Analyst at Suntrust Equitable Securities. Robert M. then joined Morgan Keegan as a Senior Restaurant Analyst and worked there for over a decade, from 2001 to 2012. Derrington later worked as a Restaurant Analyst at Northcoast Research from 2012 to 2013, and as a SVP Restaurant Analyst at Wunderlich Securities Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are a Managing Director Restaurant Analyst at Telsey Advisory Group, a position they have held since 2015.

Robert M. Derrington earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 1971 and 1975. Robert M. subsequently pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis from 1978 to 1980.
