James Hart

James Hart is currently serving as General Counsel at Telstra Health since October 2022, following an extensive tenure at Telstra from July 2010 to October 2022 in various significant roles. Notably, as Restructure Principal, James was instrumental in establishing ServeCo, leading negotiations and implementing agreements crucial for service innovation and customer experience. Previous positions at Telstra included Business Manager in the Group Executive Office and Head of Enterprise Migration Marketing, where James developed strategies for complex customer migrations. Earlier experience includes roles as Group Commercial Manager and Supervising Counsel within Telstra Legal. Prior to Telstra, James worked as a Senior Solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin and as a Solicitor at Slaughter and May. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the London School of Economics.
