Yuan Jiun Lai

Yuan Jiun Lai has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently, at Telstra International since April 2017, Yuan Jiun Lai focuses on identifying improvement opportunities within the Facilities & Data Centre business, driving execution of recommendations, and representing the department in digitization projects. Prior experience includes serving as Field Service Manager at Telstra Global, leading network operations and service activations in Singapore, and as Manager of Field Operations at REACH International Telecom, overseeing various provisioning and operational tasks. Yuan Jiun Lai also held Systems Manager roles at Singapore Telecommunications and SingNet. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
