Helen Anderson

Helen Anderson is an experienced talent and capability leader with a robust career spanning various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent and Capability at Telstra, Helen has previously held significant roles such as Head of Talent and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Toward Solution, Director of Organisational Development at Austin Health, and Human Resources Executive at Toward Solution. Helen also contributed to KPMG Australia as Head of Leadership & Culture. Academically, Helen holds a BA in Philosophy from Deakin University and a Post Graduate degree in Training Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
