Katrina Riley has been with Telstra since 2001, ascending through various roles that showcase expertise in data, customer experience, and marketing. Currently serving as the Data & AI Communities of Practice Lead, Katrina also holds the position of Lead for Data Literacy & Awareness within the Chief Data & AI Office. Previous positions include Data & Insights Specialist, Senior Service Specialist, and Customer Experience Manager. Katrina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Business & Marketing, both obtained from Victoria University.
