Romel Nadong

Romel Nadong is an experienced technology manager and product owner with a career spanning over two decades in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently at Telstra since March 2014, Romel leads the Charging & Billing B2B team, driving the team's transformation into an agile DevOps organization and overseeing project delivery in the B2B Charging & Billing domain. Previous roles include capability lead and project/program manager, where Romel managed significant billing projects that enhanced cost-effectiveness and customer experience. Prior to recurring engagements at Telstra, Romel worked as a consultant at SMS Management & Technology, held project management positions at CitiPower and Powercor, and contributed to Australia Post in various roles, including program management and reporting analysis. Romel holds a Master's degree in Business Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Monash University.
