Stephanie Steward

Stephanie Steward has over a decade of experience in project and agile management at Telstra, currently serving as Scrum Lead in the People, Culture & Communications division, where significant contributions have been made to uplift scrum capabilities and deliver key projects, including a prepaid auto-recharge service. Previous roles include Agile Project Manager, where Stephanie led digital delivery teams for the Telstra Plus Tickets platform, and IT Project Manager, overseeing various marketing data and product improvement initiatives. Stephanie began her career as an IT Graduate, developing automated reporting tools for project management. Prior to Telstra, Stephanie worked as a Business Administrator at Stanthorpe State High School, supporting student work placements. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and a High School Diploma from Stanthorpe State High School.
