With over 25 years of experience in IT, they have successfully managed delivery and service budgets exceeding $100 million. At Telstra, Trevor oversaw the delivery outcomes for enterprise customers across Victoria and Tasmania and has delivered numerous high-value projects, maintaining a strong focus on financial optimization and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they held various leadership roles at organizations such as ANZ and Accenture, contributing significantly to technology transformations and project management improvements. Trevor is currently pursuing further education at Deakin University, building on their Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems.
