Gianluca Viola

Gianluca Viola is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and ICT risk management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery at Telsy since July 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating projects for cryptography and cybersecurity solutions. Previous roles at Telsy include Cyber Security Service Manager and Cyber Security Specialist, overseeing complex projects and supporting the adoption of ICT Risk Management processes for critical systems. Prior to Telsy, Gianluca held various senior consultant positions at NTT DATA Italia, focusing on GDPR compliance and ICT risk analysis. Experience also includes significant roles at Value Team S.p.A., VP Tech, and TIM, spanning project management and the implementation of security solutions in telecommunications.
