Toma Ščemeliovienė

Toma Ščemeliovienė has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Toma is currently the Head of Human Resources Administrative Department at Teltonika Telematics, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at UAB "Blender Lithuania" from February 2022 to September 2022, where they were responsible for developing HR management strategies, managing HR functions, and implementing HR administration systems. Before that, they were a Human Resources Manager in the accommodation and catering sector from March 2018 to February 2022. Toma also worked as an HR specialist at UAB "Finansų valdymo spektras" from September 2014 to February 2018. Lastly, Toma had roles as an HR manager and administrator in the construction sector from November 2008 to August 2012, where they handled recruitment, HR documents management, employee qualification improvement, and other HR-related tasks.

Toma Ščemeliovienė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information from Vilnius University, where they attended from 2004 until 2008.
