Batuhan Ercan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Trust and Safety Supervisor at TELUS Digital since May 2022, following a role as a Trust and Safety Specialist. Ercan specializes in maintaining content integrity, conducting risk assessments, and resolving issues through data analysis. Previously, as an Operations Multi Skilled Representative, Ercan provided customer support and identified client needs. As a Co-Founder of Greed Project, Ercan managed project planning, scope, scheduling, and risk management. Additionally, experience as a Junior Consultant at TOLKAR MAKINA SANAYI VE TICARET A S involved overseeing R&D projects in industrial textile machinery. Ercan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Ege University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Executive Management at the Technical University of Sofia.
