Gaurav Krishna

Gaurav Krishna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and strategy, currently serving as Senior Director at TELUS International since February 2018. Gaurav has demonstrated a strong passion for fostering high-performing global engagements and leveraging technology to drive business growth while addressing complex challenges. Notably, Gaurav led the planning and launch of the Digitization Campus in Guatemala and India to counteract global talent shortages. Prior to TELUS, Gaurav held various roles at Xavient Information Systems, including Director of Client Relations and Program Manager, and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Corpus and as a Software Engineer/Module Leader at Xavient. Gaurav holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
