Heather Lacey

Heather Lacey, PMP, CSM, SA, is an accomplished manager and project leader with extensive experience in digital strategy and procurement. Currently serving as Manager of Delivery at TELUS Digital since June 2025, Heather previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Insomniac Design, leading cross-functional teams in the development of custom websites for mission-driven organizations. Notably, Heather was Program Director at WillowTree from April 2019 to April 2024, where leadership of large-scale Agile teams was a key responsibility. Heather's background with Hilton includes several positions, culminating as Director of Sourcing Execution, overseeing a global team and managing contracts worth $6 billion. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts from Phoenix College.
