Lydia Humphrey is a seasoned software test engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation across various companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Test Engineer at TELUS Digital since September 2025, Lydia previously held multiple roles at WillowTree, including Engineering Quality Lead and Senior Software Test Engineer. Notable past positions include Lead Test Consultant - Automation at MetLife, where Lydia ensured programming quality standards, and Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Truven Health Analytics®, contributing to AGILE team projects. Lydia's career includes significant contributions in redesigning legacy systems, optimizing automation frameworks, and leading quality assurance initiatives at firms such as Fidelity Charitable and Fidelity Investments, where a variety of roles were undertaken from data migration lead to associate quality assurance engineer. Lydia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, complemented by earlier educational experiences at Johnston Community College and LCC International University in Lithuania.
