Mark Dennison is an AI product leader currently serving as Senior Product Lead for Fuel iX Copilots at TELUS Digital, where they drive product strategy and execution for an enterprise AI platform. With a diverse career spanning e-commerce, media streaming, healthcare, and IoT, Mark has established a reputation for improving team dynamics and making complex technology accessible. They previously held roles at WillowTree and Musictoday, where they led product strategies that significantly enhanced user engagement and operational efficiency. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor of Music in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music and studies in Cello Performance at The Boston Conservatory. Outside of work, they are Chairman of the Charlottesville Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and play cello with the Charlottesville Symphony at UVA.
