Shelby Mitcheson

Shelby Mitcheson is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Engineering & Product Delivery at TELUS Digital since January 2024, Shelby previously held multiple leadership roles at WillowTree from June 2018 to October 2025, including Director of Engineering & Product Delivery and Senior Director of Program Management. Shelby's career includes significant contributions as Head of Product and Engineering at WeaveUp, Technical Program Manager at Kadro, and Technical Product Manager at etailinsights, among others. Shelby began a professional journey in ecommerce coordination at alice + olivia. Educational credentials include a degree in Product Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising & Consumer Studies from LIM College.
