Chriqi Karim

Chriqi Karim, ing., M.ing, is a VoIP and CS Core Engineer with over 15 years of experience in SS7 networks, VoIP technologies, and project management. They served as a VoIP Network Engineer and a Network Designer at Videotron from 2011 to 2016, and later held positions including CS Core Networks Principal Engineer and Voice Logical Routing DevOps Senior Engineer at TELUS. Chriqi earned a Master’s degree in Telecom Networks and a Project Management certificate from École de technologie supérieure. They continue to contribute to advancements in network integration and support within the telecommunications sector.
