Emily Ferreira

Emily Ferreira is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as General Manager for TELUS in the Eastern region since October 2024, overseeing customer retention and management for Koodo Internet, Altima, and Start.ca. Prior to this role, Emily was the Vice President of Customer Success at Start.ca from October 2018 to November 2024, where a focus on strategic planning and digital transformation was paramount. Emily's previous positions include Vice President roles at Harland Clarke and Valassis, where responsibilities spanned IT support for revenue enablement, sales and media delivery solutions, and transformation leadership. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.
