Hayley Martineau-Deans

Hayley Martineau-Deans is a seasoned professional in sales operations and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations for PSO and Sales Excellence & Operations at TELUS since July 2019. As the founder of CANUSAstudy, established in August 2018, Hayley provides information services and consulting for Canadian student athletes in the U.S. Previously, Hayley held the position of Director of Sales Operations at SAP Canada, where responsibilities included go-to-market business planning and sales execution from March 2017 to May 2018. A significant tenure at Microsoft from January 2006 to July 2016 involved roles as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and Services Business Manager, focusing on strategic marketing programs and business excellence. Earlier experience includes managing business planning and analysis at SAP Canada from July 1998 to December 2005. Hayley holds an M.B.A. in Finance from McMaster University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Finance from the University of Windsor and Western University, respectively.
