Kate Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, customer service, and community empowerment. Currently serving as Manager of Customers First Strategy at TELUS since December 2017, Kate focuses on revitalizing the Customers First program to enhance customer experiences across TELUS' consumer solutions. As Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Mama Bear Program, Kate advocates for working mothers, promoting an inclusive community for career development and family planning. Previous roles at TELUS include Manager of Transformation & Enablement and Senior Strategy Manager in Customer Service Excellence, where Kate led strategic initiatives and cross-functional sessions.
